Photographer Vladimirs Svetlovs created a series of staged photographs about the "golden youth" resting at the sanatorium for late 1970-ties communist elite. He organized his project as a series of freeze frames from the unknown film. Photographs were made before the sanatorium reconstruction, while it still retained its original appearance. New Riga Theatre actors Baiba Broka, Guna Zariņa, Ģirts Krūmiņš, Kaspars Znotiņš participated in this photo shooting which was initiated in 2003 by costume designer Kristīne Jurjāne and film director Jānis Kalējs.

The book is concluded with architectural critic Kristīne Budže research on Jurmala sociocultural landscape changings in the post-war period.
